A private, fully-furnished cozy ground floor one bedroom suite with kitchenette, living room and reading room/office/den. Private entrance down a flight of stairs and dedicated parking, with keypad entry. Enjoy the quiet view of the rainforest with your morning coffee or tea from your private deck, and a relaxing and comfortable space indoors with art by local artists on the walls.
Comfortable queen-sized bed in bedroom, and futon couch in living area. Full bathroom with tub (with grab bar) and shower, and well-equipped kitchenette. The dedicated office space and wi-fi also makes this a perfect working getaway location.
Located in the beautiful seaside town of Ladysmith, only a few minutes drive from the ocean and shopping, in a very quiet neighborhood.. Nearby hiking trails. We are centrally located between Nanaimo and Victoria, only ten minutes drive to Nanaimo airport, 20 minutes to Duke Point Ferry and an hour and 15 minutes to Victoria.
Nearby activities include strolling the prettiest main street in Canada, savoring the world's greatest cinnamon buns at Old Town Bakery, hiking the Holland Creek Trail, or visiting Transfer Beach for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and picnicking. A short walk from our home is access to beautiful forest hiking and mountain biking trails, including the Heart Lake and Stocking Lake Loops.
