Positive: Owner was very friendly. Great area. All lots in the park were nice and well kept. Quite area. The mobile home was very clean. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Positive: Second time here. We had a different place this time (#92). It was smaller but nice. It had everything we needed except bodywas and shampoo and hairdryer. We came back because we know it's off-season and would be quiet. It was, and it was heaven! It rained, and we didn't care. It's a short drive to everything you might want to do, too.

Negative: The bedroom in this place was very tiny and you have less than a foot in spots, to walk to get to bathroom. The living room furniture a bit old and not as comfortable, however, that was it.

Summary: Great mini vacation to peace and quiet!!

Positive: The house was VERY clean! Not a speck of dirt, hair or water spots anywhere. You can actually use the coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher and toaster since they were in like new condition and very well maintained. Unlike many other places I’ve stayed. The bed was comfy and there is enough storage everywhere! The couch is a great place to sit & put your feet up. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and it’s very well lit. The porch is screened so you can relax out there without being eaten alive by mosquitoes. The view from the porch was beautiful! It’s a quiet park…the only thing I heard were golf carts driving around every now & then. The only contact I had with the management was through emails, they were very nice and sent me all the info I needed. I actually prefer the self check in process, so that was a plus for me.

Negative: The a/c units had a hard time cooling the home the first day. But it was in the upper 90’s, so that’s to be expected. I didn’t arrive until later in the day, so it was hot inside. Next time, I’ll just ask them to lower the a/c, I’m sure they won’t mind doing that. One room in the home smelled of cigarette smoke really bad and it’s the room right next to the bedroom. I’m very sensitive to that smell, it makes me sneeze and my nose to run. By the second day my nose was a mess. The rest of the home doesn’t smell at all, so I just avoided that room.

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay! It was relaxing and very clean!
