Positive: A lovely quiet area, easy parking and great amenities. We were the only people staying so had the kitchen area and lounge to ourselves. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy and Matt was very accommodating, allowing us to sort out leaving our car and luggage earlier than normal check in ad we had a train to catch to London.

Positive: The staff, nice and available to accommodate special request (like my arrival at midnight!). The countryside location with very close village and proximity to Harwell and Oxford

Positive: Spacious place all to ourselves. Nice and clean with a generous amount of goodies (milk, cereal etc.) Helpful landlord. Handy pub for food.

Negative: The place had steep outside stairs to it. It had a high threshold step at the top of the stairs. The shower was small and awkward. We were not told that we would have to share the apartment with strangers.

Summary: good stay with only minor inconveniences.

Positive: Very amenable and friendly owner. Comfortable, nice location for our trip. Quiet at night. Temperature good, comfy beds. Microwave fridge and oven for a little self catering if desired, otherwise two places to eat in walking distance.

Negative: Could do with two slightly brighter bedside lights!
