Summary: There was a continual smell of gas in the room we were in throughout the night. Smell was similar to propane gas.

Summary: If you plan on cooking in your room - a suite with a kitchen - you may be in for a surprise! Our room had sink, stove, refrigerator but not a pan/pot, dish or silver ware of any kind to utilize the kitchen. When I asked about renting some at the front desk I was told, " go to Dollar tree and buy some, it will be cheaper and you will then own them and can take them home with you." After checking everywhere on their website I found conflicting information about the kitchen packages. One place said you could rent kitchen package, another said the $90.67 rooms were stocked with kitchen package, yet another said nothing about kitchen package being in room. We have stayed at other suites with a kitchen and everything was in the room, available for use. Having said all that - The rooms appeared to be recently updated. The area is well kept, plenty of lighting, extra security with only key entry after dark. There are lots of food choices close by. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was above average and the mini sofa was clean and firm. We did not have a hand towel for the bathroom sink, but thankfully we did have 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. No iron, ironing board, blow dryer, klenex, shampoo/conditioner. If you are staying for an extended stay they charge a fee to swap out linens if it is less than 2 weeks, according to a posted sign. IF you just want a place to sleep - then it will suit your needs. IF you plan on cooking - it most likely will not.

Summary: It was good besides some people had a family reunion I think and they set off fireworks and I thought they were gunshots. I have PTSD!

Summary: parking lot was full, but no fault of their own. budget friendly. we just needed a night to stay for traveling from IN to LA. we would stay again! the room was huge and updated!

Summary: The hotel is beautiful. When you walk up the outside is clean. Walking into the lobby you can smell how clean it is. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The hotel's locked door system adds to the comfort of security. The room and amenities are perfect. I've already planned my next stay here and told everyone to stay if they are heading this way.

Summary: Not enough towels. The beds were ok but not that comfortable. You could hear almost everyhing. No curtains to keep the lights out at night.

Summary: After driving for 11 hours, when we arrived at this hotel (Wood Springs Suites Jackson Pearl I-20) in Pearl, MS in the late evening hours, check-in was a breeze. The staff member "Chrystal" at the reception check-in desk was very friendly and professional. When we got to our room we realized that we needed a few more amenities, such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Chrystal provided these items to us pronto upon request. This particular hotel welcomed pets. We appreciate hotel's that have a pet policy as there are times when our small Frenchie has to travel with us. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable.
