Positive: This is my 2nd time staying at this location because it is convenient, secure, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly! Once again, I love the secure door entry.

Negative: Last review, I mentioned that if I had any issues, management would resolve and take care of it. It is the same this time; however, the same issue did arise. The hot water will go in and out. My showers are longer than 3 minutes; however, that is how long the hot water will stay before it goes out. It will go from super hot (3 minutes) to warm or cold and then the cycle continues in that order. During my stay they did have plumbers working on it; however, when I made it back to the room, I still had the same issue. This issue was every day that I was there. This hotel is fairly new, so once the hot water issue is fixed, I am sure that I will not dislike anything.

Summary: Great location, secure, and clean. If you can take quick 3 minutes showers, you will be okay!

Negative: The beds were a little rocky (the bed frames were not even to the floor which made the bed rock back and forth a little annoying - otherwise everything was great!!

Positive: The facility was very clean. I felt very comfortable and safe. I felt very safe because you have to swipe your room key card in the lobby to before you get to the elevator/your room. Any issue that I may have had, the employees or the GM would assist and make things right.

Negative: We didn’t have any towels or soap. No iron The bed was too low.

Summary: We only stayed one night. It was nice and I would stay again for an overnight need.

Negative: There were only 3 irons in the entire hotel, waited forever one day & still wasn’t able to get one. Wifi unacceptable & no desk lamp, definitely needed for an extended stay. Need more light in the kitchen area and a long mirror perhaps on the bathroom door. Water was barely warm for showers.
