Positive: All of the staff members were all exceptional very good hospitality love the cleanliness of the entire building most of the staff went over and beyond their job duties would recommend them again and probably will come back to stay

Negative: It was ok but the noise on top of our room was not good, walking hard sound like stoning. And didn't enough wash clothes.

Positive: I love this hotel. The rooms are so pretty and modern with full kitchens. Rooms are very clean and spacious and the floors, including the hallways and stairwells are all great bc they are wood which I love bc it is more sanitary and easy to clean as opposed to carpeting. The windows have wood blinds as opposed to drapes. There are cameras everywhere the property is secure and safe and all the doors are secured with keyed entry. The staff, including housekeeping are wonderful and particular in the detail. Overall, it is a really great and safe property!
Negative: I wish they allowed cats, I was in the process of apartment searching and I had to leave my cat with a family member. It would of help me a lot otherwise.
