Positive: I liked the cuteness of the cottage. It was exactly what I expected it to look like. Loved the patio off the kitchen
Negative: The fan in the bathroom did not work so it got damp we had to make sure the window was left opened.
Summary: We had a fantastic time loved the town of Ennistymon.

Positive: Great space, great facilities. We only stayed 2 nights but it would be a great base for longer stays. Plenty of room and the location was perfect.
Negative: Blackout blinds or curtains would be great but that's just a personal thing for me and sleeping.

Positive: The property is located in a beautiful spot , large parking space. The kitchen is well equipped and the log burner was an additional bonus we were not expecting. The property is spacious. The host was very accommodating when we requested a late checkout. I was very grateful for this after a long wedding night. Fast response to my messages too which was reassuring. Good welcome guide to heating system and general instructions.
Negative: The heating was not on upon arrival on the last day of November so it was extremely cold in the house. Due to the size of the property, it took hours before a comfortable temperature was achieved once we activated the heating and hot water. The standards of cleanliness of the property was very disappointing. There was a lot of grime in the kitchen , the floor was greasy , slippery which resulted in a fall and injury to my knees. The hard flooring throughout the property was dirty. The splash-back behind the bathroom basin was covered in toothpaste splashes and the bath tub was not clean. The tiled flooring was dirty. There is plenty of storage , wardrobe space in the bedrooms but all the shelves were dirty inside so we did not unpack our cases except from putting a suit and a dress on hangers. Such a shame about the issues with cleanliness as this property has so much potential to offer.
Summary: Uncomfortable stay in a beautiful location.

Negative: The place had some areas that could benefit from a bit more attention, as there was a slight dustiness and humidity in the air. Additionally, there was a mild musty smell that lingered, likely due to the moisture. A little refreshment could enhance the comfort of the space.
