Summary: Loved all the attention to details. Super clean and cozy. The massage chair was great after miles of hiking. Ocean views!

Summary: We recently stayed at Woodland Bluff and it was an incredible experience. The location is beautiful, with amazing water views from the main living area. The open floor plan, cozy décor, and large windows made it a place we never wanted to leave. We loved watching ships pass by while eating dinner and seeing deer wander through the trees around the property. The home was thoughtfully designed, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Summary: The view off the bluff is beautiful and the deer in the neighborhood were fun to see. The property itself had issues. The walls have little insulation so we could hear the conversations and commotion in the suite next to us. Also, the power went out the last night and the air conditioner would not restart. Was not a great experience given the price we paid.

Summary: Five star: we stayed on the second floor and absolutely loved the room itself. It’s well designed and decorated. Lots of light in the living room. It looks into the wooded area in the back of the cabin and you can see the ocean. There is a hot tub and some hangout area in the backyard. It’s wonderful. Negative star: the host is NOT helpful at all. We had some questions about the lock when we first got there in the afternoon because it cannot be locked from the outside and we texted the host as instructed and no response. Later in the evening (about 10pm), we (2 people) were in the shower halfway through and the water starts to run cold. I stepped out with shampoo in the hair to text the host again about this issue. I waited a while for any response. Nothing. Had to finish off w just cold water. There was zero response until the next morning… and here is the reply “ I am so sorry- I have never heard pf that happening. Someone must have taken a very long shower right before you” zero solution offered.

Summary: So many great things about this property! Beautiful, tranquil decor, comfortable living and sleeping spaces, thoughtful extras like the massage chair (amazing), and comfort items in the bathroom. Huge covered patio to enjoy the breeze from the Strait. And, what a view of the Strait and Canada across the way!

Summary: The property is nice. Comfortable and clean. We felt safe, easy parking and easy to find. It was cute, fun decorations. It’s a beautiful property, location. A lot of care is present in the property. Overall it was great. If you have specific requirements or expectations of accommodations keep the following in mind. They do provide ear buds, sound machine, no kids allowed and slippers..however, if you are a light sleeper and staying on the floor level, I would not suggest you to stay in the lower level. The insulation for sound is not effective. You can hear the bathroom above your bed and all luggage etc. The other disclosure I would have appreciated from Expedia is notifying which room you are actually booking. We booked the “deluxe suite” and to my knowledge there are a couple of the “deluxe suites”. We were put in the “Forest” room, rather than the one pictured. We did not know til day of arrival. When booking, make sure to ask which one you will be in as the pictures reflect all the rooms and not necessarily the one you booked. This is relevant if you do want an actual ocean view and paying more for that amenity. Same for the massage chairs, oven (it’s a smaller air fryer). I COULD have asked the property owners prior to arrival. So if any of the above concerns you, take measures accordingly. I’m leaving this not as a fault on the property owners or location as they were very good, but more on the expectations and what booking through Expedia is showing you.

Summary: I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this stay! The property was otherworldly, you truly felt like you were in a dream. From the water overlook, the wooded property, the hot tub, the private porch, the in room amenities - I could go on and on! This was the perfect relaxing overnight stay and it will live in my dreams forever!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
