Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The property is very well maintained with great facilities. The swimming pool and recreation room were excellent and added a lot of fun to our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our experience very comfortable. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy — highly recommended!
Negative: One major drawback was that although we had booked 2 rooms and specifically requested them to be nearby, we were given rooms that were 8–10 minutes apart. This was quite inconvenient, as we had booked together to spend time as a group. We would have appreciated more consideration for our request and hence reducing one star, otherwise nothing to complain about

Positive: Staff were super friendly and helpful and made sure all the children were well entertained and looked after. The premises are kept in top notch condition.
Negative: We had to ask several times for additional bedding and had to sleep for 2 nights without. Duvet cover.

Positive: I like the location. This accomodation is close to beautiful beaches in Bude, the scenic Hartland quay, and lovely farms and shops around. The place is quiet and it was lovely to come to it after a busy day in the beach.
Negative: The facilities need a major update. Some of the gym equipments are broken, the weights need changing to good quality ones. The whole leisure centre is messy, unclean and not well maintained. The swimming pool is dirty, we won't recommend using it!

Positive: Cozy location surrounded by nature, peace and quiet. Waking up to the sound of peacocks and the gentle murmur of a stream outside the window was truly relaxing. There’s a spa and a pool on-site, which added extra comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for a quick dinner, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly, discreet, and helpful without being intrusive.
Negative: The bedding for the third person who was supposed to sleep on the sofa wasn’t prepared — we had to find everything ourselves and make the bed, including putting the duvet into the cover. It’s not a major issue, but after a long journey, you just want to relax, not start making beds. There were also some minor cleanliness issues.

Positive: Super friendly staff, cheap prices, fabulous pool and badminton court - very easy to book, peaceful surroundings, peacocks, well equipped cottages with all that we needed - dishwasher and washing machine was so useful to have.
Negative: Accomodation was quite remote - 1 to 2 hr drives to beach and main cities
Summary: Absolutely fabulous, so comfortable!
