Positive: I believe the hotel would likely have been a pleasant place to stay; however, due to a cancelled flight, I was unable to stay at the hotel. As a result, I cannot provide first-hand feedback on the facilities. Based on the listing, the hotel seemed promising.
Negative: Despite several attempts by both myself and the booking platform to contact the hotel, no response was received. After my flight was cancelled just hours before check-in, we requested an exceptional cancellation to ask whether a refund or date modification could be considered due to unavoidable travel disruption. Unfortunately, neither of us received any reply. Better communication in such situations would be appreciated.

Positive: The staff were incredibly helpful. We ate in the restaurant, and staff couldn’t do any more to be helpful. We enjoyed our food and were glad we tried there for dinner. Personally, we would really recommend.

Positive: Front Desk staff were consistently helpful and friendly as my previous visit. Housekeeping service was also impressive. All the staff in the hotel are attentive and courteous. This hotel is a hidden treasure in Wonju.

Positive: It was my second visit to stay in this hotel. All the staff at the reception desk were friendly, helpful and courteous - creating a true welcoming feeling for the guests. It was amazing to experience their consistent and friendly customer service. In addition, it has an excellent location, too.
