FANTASTIC VILLA IN THE URB. SANT AMANÇ, WITH GARDEN, BBQ and COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL:
Fantastic villa with garden, large barbecue area, wifi 4G and air conditioning in all rooms. Located in the urbanization Sant Amanç, with swimming pool and large communal gardens, tennis court, swings and playground area, and football and basketball courts. 15 minutes walk from the beach and downtown. A perfect setting for a family vacation to remember.
The house is surrounded by a nice sunny garden with lots of privacy, Mediterranean vegetation, a large barbecue area designed for large family meals and porch area. By the exit of the kitchen we reached an outdoor area with table and awning with the rear view of the garden.
The spirit of the house is very summery, the decoration is modern style with many vintage details. It has a very bright living room with television, air conditioning. Connected, the kitchen area has everything you need for a perfect vacation; coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine and all the necessary utensils for an unbeatable holiday.
The three rooms are double and exterior, one of them is a suite with bathroom with a large bathtub. There is another bathroom with shower and bidet.
In front of the villa is the community pool of the urbanization, with key access. There is a large garden area with a huge pool, swings area for the little ones, a tennis court, a soccer court and a small asphalted basketball court.
The location of Sant Feliu de Guixols is unbeatable, just minutes from the best beaches and coves of the Costa Brava. You can also enjoy its promenade and the old town, with its shops and restaurants. The area offers several local routes that merge with the picturesque Camino de Ronda, surrounded by sea and nature, with the best views of the Mediterranean. In the month of August, Sant Feliu offers its visitors the International Festival of Porta Ferrada, one of the oldest music festivals celebrated in Catalonia. Summary: A great experience from start to finish. Manu looked after us and he was extremely helpful. The house was extremely clean and has absolutely everything you need. A superb location with fantastic hiking and beach spots on the doorstep. I would highly recommend!

Summary: The property in located in a small neighbourhood on the hillside in Sant Feliu Guíxols which is a coastal town with a harbour. The villa is really well equipped, including plenty of outdoor seating and an outside stove. Inside the kitchen and living areas are modern and the bedrooms are large in size. All rooms are air conditioned. The pool is 15 secs walk from the house and is used by the small neighbourhood. The pool is gated and is a large swimming pool with a slide located in a park. The pool was never over crowded and although not exclusive to us as we had two children with us this was a positive as they could play with local children. The resort itself is beautiful and the sea was safe to swim in with lifeguards on the beach. We also caught the bus to Barcelona from two for 15 Euro per person for a few days city break. Would highly recommend this villa to any family.
