The villa consists of a main building with two floors of which the first floor with independent access and spaces separated from the rest of the villa is occupied by the owner and his wife. the owner is responsible for managing the pool exclusively ensuring maximum privacy. Downstairs the house with annexe, it has a large living room with an area of 4 rooms with heat pump fireplace and TV. a large kitchen equipped with everything you need 3 bedrooms with fans, a large bathroom with toilet, a laundry room with shower and toilet, a large wine cellar. The lower level opens onto a large space with patio, full of green and garden furniture, which separates it from the annex which has an area of about 100 square meters. complete with heat pump fireplace, kitchen refrigerator and freezer. The annexe is furnished with rustic sofa bed plus 3 single beds in addition to a total of 5 beds. Therefore, the villa that we rent has a total of 11 beds. The well-kept garden with lawns flowers, fruit trees, citrus and olive trees. The villa is located in Partanna Mondello, about 10 km from Palermo center and 2 km. from Mondello beach (4 minutes by car). The pool is outdoor and therefore available from May to September

Summary: We gathered 3 generations and enjoyed a great week in Filippo’s house. Filippo took really care of us and attended to any need we had, and guided us to all the right places. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach and we all enjoyed the amazing food and climate this part of Sicily can offer. Thank you Filippo for making this a wonderful stay!! Summary: Fantastic holiday. Filippo and Beatrice live on site and were helpful, and kindly picked us up at the airport. The private pool is great with lovely views of the mountains. The villa was clean and tidy with ample facilities. There are 3 bedrooms in the main villa and also an annexe with its own double bed and kitchen facilities. Mondello beach is about 40 min walk or Eur25 taxi. Supermarkets are around 15-20 minutes walk. There is a place to park if you wish to hire a car, I would probably do this if we return.

Summary: My family stayed here from August 9-19, 2015 ... and we absolutely loved it! The kids played in the pool all day and the grown-ups lounged in the shade of Olive trees - or picked fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden. It was paradise, really. Beatrice and Filippo could not be more gracious. The grounds were always clean and the pool freshly serviced each day. Filippo was always available and proved to be a helpful and "gentile" soul, who honestly wanted us to have a good time. Villa Chifari was for us the perfect combination of privacy and convenience. As advertised, it is located minutes from the beach at Mondello. The property affords ample, well furnished space, with private use of the pool and private outdoor spaces in a gated community. We would highly recommend Vila Chifari to anyone.
