Composed of a plot of 800 m² with a beautiful garden and lawn, the garden gate is already in the sand of the lagoon. The house has 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 2 bunk beds, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 suite), 1 social bathroom, 1 large living room with TV and satellite dish, complete kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and crockery.
