Summary: Accurate listing. House was very clean, bed’s comfortable, open and welcoming feel to living area. Quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, parks and other activities. Key pad entry no key needed. Well stocked home. Great communication with renter. Even has a garage we were able to use. 5 star rating for sure. We recommend this listing.

Summary: I'm spending the winter in Florida and I've been trying different properties every week and this has been the best so far. The listing is 100% accurate. Clean and stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The best thing that you can't describe in a listing is the location, this house is in a beautiful neighborhood with surrounding neighbors all showing pride of ownership in their properties. I can't say this for many of the properties I have rented. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Summary: We enjoyed staying at this home. The two bedrooms were very nice, and it had a large living space with fold out couches for our children to sleep in. The kids enjoyed playing foosball and we enjoyed having all the options for channels on the TV (Netflix and such). The kitchen was well equipped and the provided wagon in the garage came in handy at the beach.

Summary: This house was spacious & very comfortable. It was fully equipped with all the necessities & more. The beds were very comfortable and there was spacious closets in each bedroom. The open concept of the kitchen & living space made it great to spend time with family. Although we didn’t have any issues with anything, the owner was only a text message away & checked in to make sure all was ok. I would definitely recommend this house & I would absolutely rent it again!

Summary: Big for entertaining. My only concern is the screenroom needs a serious cleaning, (hosedown) screens, floors. Etc. beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. Kitchen towels need an update, threadbare. Small complaints but worth noting.

Summary: Wonderful vacation! The home was open and airy and bright. It was an extremely convenient location to everything we wanted to do on our visit. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities you needed. I highly recommend this home if you are visiting the Clearwater/Dunedin area!
