Located in Port Charlotte, Florida, Harbour Village Condominiums is right on the Myakka River, with a magnificent view of wildlife, boaters and fishermen right from your lanai. It is 30 minutes away from History Park Punta Gorda and 25 minutes from the wonderful beaches of Gasparilla Island and Englewood. Enjoy the weather, art shows and fine restaurants.
The apartment is on the lower level close to the Olympic size pool and Club House. If you wish to bring your boat, docks are available on a first come basis on the canal right by the parking lot and apartment. Tennis players have two courts available and golfers have many courses to choose from in the area. But if all you wish to do is watch the sunset while you fish, a magnificent pier is a short 5 minute walk away from your front door.
This one bedroom, one tub/shower bathroom unit is completely furnished and equipped with washer and dryer, linen, towels, kitchen utensils, TV and Wifi so all you need to bring is your own clothes!.
There are grills available for your enjoyment as well as ping pong, gym and pool table at the club house where many other activities are held for all tenants every week.
This complex underwent renovation in 2023.

Summary: Great pool and view. The fact that we could dock our boat in the protected canal in view of our condo was a deciding factor for us. They also let us use the locked compound to store our boat trailer. The condo was clean and had all the amenities that we required. Jay, the owner, was great at answering my questions making our stay a good one. Thanks, Roly and Carole Pare

Summary: The view from our Lanai overlooking the olympic sized pool and the Myakka River was the best we have had in our 20 years of vacationing in FL. The condo owner, Jay, was very accessible, helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay in Jay’s condo again.

Summary: My husband and I had a great time at the condo. The apartment is very well appointed, updated and very clean. Wifi was great as we could work from the place without any issues. Sitting on the lanai was just the best looking over the pool and the bay, we were even able to see dolphins one time! The complex is very nice, with a large heated pool perfect for a daily workout swim or for just relaxing. There is also a tennis court and barbecue grills. It is also great to walk along the canal and the pier. Jay was a fantastic host, great communication and always willing to help and provide recommendations. This is a great rental for a relaxing time, close to all amenities.

Summary: The exterior of the property was clean and well maintained. The pool spotless. Our condo was also spotless and well maintained. Our landlord, Jay, was friendly and was quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property to seniors and a young family with a small child. Beautiful view of the Myakka river. Nice place to walk on the canal pier walkway and the condo pier. We felt safe.

Summary: Very nice condo, on the water, close to beaches, plenty to explore nearby. Condo itself was well appointed and comfortable. Met the owners and they were very hospitable. Helpful with info of area. We recommend this property it is a peaceful. I would have loved to see the outside area with Florida color, flowers just a suggestion. The flower beds were bare.

Summary: Jay (Jesus) was very attentive! Anytime we had a question he responded right away. The unit was very well stocked! We gave the Neighborhood a 3 star as to get to the condo you have to go through a run down trailer park but we felt very safe.
