The apartment has 3 suites, 3 south facing terraces with a beautiful view of the valley of Morzine and the slopes. Kouria offers private equipment: swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath.

Summary: Fantastic location and great amenities! Thoroughly enjoyable week and the property was ideal.Easy access to the piste and short walk to main town so great for getting to shops, restaurants and bars. Also easy for ski rental from ski land.

Summary: Beautiful apartment, one of the best we have stayed at. Spectacular views and in a good location. Close to baker and supermarket and able to ski from the door. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Good sized rooms and plenty of storage. Bath robes and the welcome bottle of champagne were lovely touches. Stephane was an excellent host and very responsive to any queries we had. Would definitely come back here!

Summary: The three of us had an absolutely wonderful seven day stay in this awesome apartment overlooking a white ski fields of Avoriaz and down the verdant valley to Morzine. We loved the location being close to restaurants and supermarket as well as offering numerous ski-in/ski-out options. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Summary: Our family had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is in a great location for easy access to the slopes, restaurants and super market. The kids (and big kids) loved the pool and steam room after a day on the slopes. The owner was also very good at keeping in contact and communicating with us. Highly recommend.

Summary: It's genuinely a lovely apartment to stay in with incredible views from the balconies. The pool, hot tub and steam room are great to help unwind after a day on the slopes. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service for the majority of our stay (but certainly not Stéphane's fault!). The communication from Stéphane was good throughout and was very responsive on WhatsApp. There's a supermarket within a minute walk and a number of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. One thing to note for future guests (particularly towards the end of the ski season) is that the main Prodains lift runs between 7am and midnight, so if you have an early morning flight then you'll need a transfer to/from Avoriaz and not the bottom of the Prodains cable car (where many transfer companies will by default do drop/pick ups), something that caused a bit of an issue for us as we needed to leave early in the morning and many airport transfer companies weren't doing shared transfers from Avoriaz at this time in the season. The only taxi that would take us to the Prodains lift wanted €230 to do so. We did end up getting a transfer in the end with Skiidy Gonzales who I'd highly recommend for future reference (our original transfer company ChamExpress wanted €530 for a transfer...)

Summary: This is great accommodation in a splendid location. Expansive views towards Switzerland and down the valley to Morzine. The apartment is spacious. comfortable and clean. With the added luxury of the pool, hot tub and hamman plus a superb skiing area this makes for a wonderful stay. Stephane, the owner, communicated well and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Summary: Really enjoyed this home from home apartment with some lovely extra touches of comfort and plenty of space to relax after a day on the slopes. We have 3 teenagers and it worked perfectly for all of us. Amazing views from every angle - would highly recommend
