Positive: Great reception and assistance from Won's Phab Kim Yiu throughout our stay. From greeting us and arranging our shuttle to port and boat trip, with no fuss or bother, she is a true professional. The hotel is truly majestic, we were made to feel very special. Shout out to our fabulous waitress Sam Bath Salon, too.

Positive: Amazingly welcoming staff from checkin to restaurant and poolside. Great food and drink, reasonably priced. We even got a surprise complementary shuttle to the port in the morning, with a lady staff guide who gave us great info on places to visit during our trip.

Negative: Only negative was the lack of smoke free areas in the 24 hr restaurant. Different culture responsible perhaps, rather than the hotel's management choices. We would still stay there again!

Positive: Very large nice very large room offering all the functionalities you need. Nice view on the sea. We had breakfast and dinner there. Best breakfast in Cambodia. Best variety! Dinner was excellent too. Wide variety. Mr. Ladang from the front office offered us special transport service to the ferry and the bus station. Thanks for that. We highly appreciated it.

Negative: Many Chinese people who spread a cigarette smell in the lift and the corridors. They very loud too, streaming on the smartphones in public areas.

Positive: Very clean and modern, a hotel like u would see in Las Vegas. Staff were amazing and obviously all the facilities you would expect from such a hotel.

Negative: Smoking. Not anyone’s fault, but even though we had a non smoking room, the hotel was very smokey, with the majority of the guests smoking everywhere.

Summary: Excellent stay, and thank you Khon Sophal for going the extra mile and helping us.

Positive: We were treated like royalty! Room upgraded to a massive sea view room on 19th floor with 4 large windows and beautiful sea views. We received lots of reductions and complimentary gifts making it all great value. Fantastic infinity pool with great sunset views. Was fun wandering around the casino - not our scene to partake but mind blowing to watch!

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: We stayed at the Won Majestic Hotel Cambodia for one night, and it was a fantastic experience! We were a group of five, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. They picked us up from the airport in a luxury van, and when we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by an amazing team. They upgraded us to a sea-view room, and the room was huge—very spacious and exceptionally clean. The hotel has several restaurants and an infinity pool with fantastic views. The food is also very good; we had dinner there, and the beautiful, delicious pastries they served for dessert were a highlight. The staff were all very kind and attentive. A special thank you to Pheoung Visal and also to Panha for welcoming us so warmly. 🙏 When we left the hotel, they even offered transportation to take us to the pier to catch the boat to Koh Rong. In summary: we loved it, and when we return to Sihanoukville, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
