Summary: Our stay in Fukutomy guest-house was very good; the room is basic, clean, tv inside the room; it was very hot but you can use conditioning air (100 yen for 2 hours), or the fan for free. We use the fan and it was good. You share the dining room, the shower and the toilet with other 3 room but we have no problems with the other girls, Commons area is clean, cozy and well equipped; location is super-convenient (right on kukusay dory st. but not noisy at all). The host was very kind ( she offers to keep our luggage the last days). Price is good
