Positive: The location was good. The bins were changed daily.

Negative: Not once in our 7 nights stay were the rooms vacuumed. We had to clean everything before we left to avoid being charged extra. Next time we’lll book in a hotel.

Negative: Weather the rain in Wollongong made it hard to travel and sightseeing. Needed foil in the room and paper towel. Nothing I did not like

Positive: The added under cover car park was nice but incredibly tight you couldn’t unpack your car while in the spot.

Negative: The couch was rotten! Covered in stains (photos attached) the hall ways need an overhaul, it was just very dated. The price paid did not reflect the quality. Also having to go to another hotel to pick up the keys was annoying after a 4 hr drive.
