Positive: I was stuck here for 3 days due to the volcano eruption and the manager was super helpful and went out of his way to ensure I had a good stay in Jakarta. The rooms are simple but everything was very clean and I appreciated the water refill station. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a restful and central place to stay!
Negative: My initial room was quite small but the next room was much more spacious. Sometimes there were wifi connectivity issues in the rooms.
Summary: Simple and clean, very helpful management!

Positive: in the middle of the city centre. The host was really helpful and nice in contact. The rooms were perfect, especially for the price.
Negative: Outside the property there were street dogs and cats as well as an odd looking vendor. But that's only outside of the gate.

Positive: Very clean and in a quieter side street of Jakarta. We only stayed for one night so we can’t say much but the owner gave us a free upgrade to Wisma Pelangi 1 which was very kind!
Negative: The balcony is not adjacent to the room as stated but shared.
Summary: Great option! We would stay here (or rather Wisma Pelangi 1) again
