Summary: Positives - very clean room and good lobby service. Decent restaurant. Very good breakfast. Pools were fine for the kids (too shallow for real swimming though). Generally very child-friendly hotel. Negatives - attempted to charge us 1250 Bt for the airport pick up they advertise on their amenities. it costs 140-300 on Grab. 140 if you use one of the taxi agencies in the airport. this is just a con. dont fall for it. The location is terrible - near nothing at all and you cant even walk because its on a superhighway with no paved walkways. Had to take Grab taxis everywhere. If you stay here, expect to spend upwards of 400 bt per day on taxis alone if you want tosee anything. Overall its fine. Have it as an option when making your decision, but there are probably more conveniently located hotels out there in Chiang Mai.

Summary: The rooms are nice, modern and clean. But some things need improvement: WiFi was not usable, and for 5 days they kept saying: ‘we’ll have it fixed’. Nothing changed during our stay. The chairs in the restaurant urgently need replacement. They are so dirty and stained that you’ll loose all appetite looking at them. Some clean towels still had stains in them.
