Positive: Lovely place and location. So very clean and smelt wonderful. Luciana was excellent, very kind and thoughtful and my stay was just exactly as I needed. Extra care with the pillows, which were the best ever!!! Beautiful views when I drove around.

Positive: Great location, beautiful countryside and short drives to Powerscourt and lovely village of Enniskerry - looks like there are plenty of great walks nearby as well but we didn’t have time on this trip to try them out. Property was light and spacious and spotless. Basic kitchen behind the bar which was ample for cooking basic breakfast from raw ingredients provided and for making packed lunches.

Negative: The main bedroom is open plan with no door and the bed doesn’t have a headboard. Boiler / air conditioning was noisy but ok if you shut the downstairs door.

Summary: Clean, spacious accommodation in fantastic location.

Positive: Environment is clean, property is pristine, tennis court is perfect, Sugarloaf mountain is nearby and visible from the property, nearby Avoca is perfect for breakfast, Dublin quite accessible while a rural location, cottage has a big screen for watching TV as well as a television and Apple TV

Negative: Heating was a little inconsistent throughout the apartment, some radiators were hotter than others, however overall everything was fine.
