MAIN HOUSE LIVING AREA: The Great Room features 18 foot vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan that encompasses a gourmet kitchen and dining/living areas. The interiors have been professionally designed and offer a luxurious yet comfortable respite. Floor to ceiling pocket doors open onto the lanais to bring the outdoors in. The kitchen features a large island and a handy breakfast bar where guests can gather. Adjacent to the kitchen is an intimate media room and an open air tropical bar perfect for pre-dinner cocktails offering the ultimate combination of luxury, privacy and peace. OUTDOOR LIVING AREA: Over 2000 square feet of Honed Beaumaniere French Limestone floors (imported from France by the original owners) flow seamlessly around the home. Both covered and open air patios feature plush chaise lounges and resort-style furnishings surrounding the custom infinity edge pool and spa. Create your own flavors and unique experiences using our Al Fresco gas grill and rotisserie, Kamado Joe charcoal grill, and wood-fired pizza oven. This area is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Kona sunsets while sipping a tropical cocktail. The fun does not end after the sun sets as the area magically comes to life with the lighting of the tiki torches.
The house is comprised of 3 separate pavilions which are connected via Honed Beaumaniere French Limestone walkways. The King Master Suite with his and her bathrooms is housed independently in pavilion 1. All of the suites are equipped with private bathrooms, televisions, ceiling fans, aircon as well as their own outdoor lounge areas. It is rare to find a vacation rental where couples can retreat to their own private spaces.

Summary: This property is like walking into heaven. Great indoor outdoor living spaces that all have a great zen vibe. It’s impossible to describe seeing the blue infinity pool, blue ocean and then blue sky at the same time. Annie was amazing and super helpful. Couldn’t be happier with our small wedding at this location.

Summary: We stayed at Hale Wailele with friends and family for a week total - best week of my life! This was also the venue for our wedding, and it was absolutely everything we worked so hard for come to life. The sunsets are magical, the infinity pool is an oasis, and the property is divine, with everything you need right at your fingertips - we hardly ever left the house. Mahalo to Annie for guiding me during the wedding planning process and making the whole week stress free. Wouldn't have changed a thing, so glad we chose Hale Wailele!

Summary: Hale Wailele was the perfect venue for our wedding of 65 closest friends and family. The sunsets out the back are etched in my memory forever, and served as the perfect backdrop for our wedding and reception. The property is kept in incredible condition, the property manager Annie was so helpful, responsive, friendly, but also gave us our space. Especially having planned this all from afar, rest assured that the photos are accurate (if anything, they don't give justice to how beautiful it actually is!). We hope we can return one day to celebrate again.

Summary: First off, the view is Unbelievable! It takes your breath away. You literally feel like this house is the only house on the entire hill. Pictures of the house/view truly don't show you how amazing and jaw dropping the sights you'll see of the house and views as you step down the front stairs leading into the home. The entire property makes you feel as if you are staying in your own remote (even though you are within 10-15 minutes of anything you need) private resort, not just a home with a view. The koi ponds were beautiful and feeding the koi was a daily highlight for all of us in the morning and late afternoon. The house itself has everything you need and more. Check in before going to the store. All of the Welcome snacks provided definitely came in handy when we headed out for short excursions! The wedding we held for our daughter was spectacular, plenty of space and again the view, the home and the private countryside surrounding the home was amazing and blew all the guests' away. Vendors were familiar with the property and everything turned out perfect! The property manager Annie was so very nice, knowledgable about the island and helpful in so many ways (including before, during and after the wedding). Can't thank her enough, she definitely made our stay more comfortable!

Summary: I am not sure I will be able to capture everything that should be said about the property, our stay, the wedding, and Annie (the property manager). If you have any doubts on booking, do not hesitate. Everything you need is here along with things you didn’t know you’d need. I planned a small wedding (19 guests) without a planner and still felt relaxed. My mother in law made the best pizzas here, our families stayed comfortably in the three separate but close buildings, and we had a luau that was spectacular. The referrals for food, flowers, and entertainment from the property after booking are spot on. Annie’s calm and nurturing presence cannot be overlooked. She’s such a special person to the property and made the stay so very smooth. It was the best day of my life, and I was depressed leaving even though we were on our way to the Four Seasons. 10/5 stars !
