Summary: The rooms were clean, but the staff were not knowledgeable. I was told there was no stair access to the rooms when only one elevator was working. I paid a high price for the room and with my elderly relatives it was extremely difficult to wait (sold out due to parents weekend) and then attempt to climb multiple flights of stairs. I do expect some reimbursement for the inconvenience.
