Summary: I had to booked my stay last minute. I was worried but as soon as I got to the hotel i was welcome by the very friendly staff. My room had the feel of an studio apartment. It had a refrigerator and all the kitchen amenities to have a comfortable stay. The bedding was cleaned and i have all the amenities of a big hotel. I loved the breakfast. It was provided in the main room with eggs, cereal, pastries and coffee. I enjoyed the pool and just looking at the beautiful plants around the gardens. The beach site is a short drive away. It is private with seating and towels available. I am planning to return this small but stunning hotel.

Summary: My husband and I had a lovely, peaceful and relaxing time at the inn. The only complaint I have is that the included breakfast was only fair. Otherwise wonderful stay!

Summary: Fantastic hotel and a great value place to stay in Cape Cod. We loved the simplicity of the inn. And the pool was fantastic! You also have use of the beach club which was a real perk. Staff were welcoming and super friendly! A little note that noise does travel in the property so be aware of your on a lower level!

Summary: I wasn’t sure how I felt about staying at this type of Inn, but apparently this is common for the area. I was pleasantly surprised, it was a beautiful property inside and out. A renovated 18th century property. The Inn was mostly connected, but I think it was three separate buildings. The side that I was on felt like entering a house and our room was off a large shared living area with one or two other rooms. The courtyard with the pool is gorgeous and relaxing. Not far from bars and restaurants and the beach is a short drive where you can use the beach patio of their sister property.
