Summary: The rooms have a bit of a smell, not outrageous, probably due to age and the amount of exposed wood. Beach proximity is great, right out the back door. The building is on a small footprint and parking is extremely tight. Breakfast was o.k. The quiche was really good, muffins and croissant were also good. Pretty much continental as stated. Easy walking distance to the town of Harwich. The rooms do not face the beach unless you’re on the second floor. There were 2 rooms that faced the beach. We would go back due to the closeness to the beach.

Summary: Charming room, great location, private beach, staff very willing to help and readily available. Included breakfast served in beach-facing sunroom. Very cozy and relaxing experience. Ample shade on beach-facing porch. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels provided and set up by staff. Parking is a bit challenging. Tight lot with small spaces and minimal clearance entering or leaving.

Summary: It was a continental breakfast. OJ, coffee hard boiled eggs etc. you are paying for the view. The room was the tiniest space and the bathroom wasn’t big at all. The weather was bad and you couldn’t really see very much.

Summary: Stayed here for a couple of nights and absolutely loved it! The place is super clean and well taken care of, which made it feel really comfortable right away. The location is perfect - super walkable to shops, restaurants, and little spots to explore. Also, parking was convenient! The whole vibe is just the cutest coastal aesthetic, exactly what you want for a Cape getaway. Everyone we talked to was so friendly and helpful, and the customer service really stood out. Also loved starting the morning with their continental breakfast. It was simple, fresh, and hit the spot before heading out. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Wonderful location! Excellent service from the time of arrival including departure 5 days later. All staff provided a relaxing stay. Amenities were top notch including a wonderful variety of food for breakfast. Will definitely return next July.
