Summary: I use this room very often and I stayed last night and there was no heat in the room. I notified the front desk but nothing was done to remedy the problem, suffice to say I froze.

Summary: The stay was good. Check in was good. The only thing I’ve noticed is that there seems to be an issue with the water pressure in the building. While you’re taking a shower, the water pressure can suddenly nose dive and there’s not a lot of pressure behind it. I hope they can address that. Overall, the stay was good.
