Positive: We had a great stay !! First the hotel is new so that everything feels clean and cozy. Large rooms with plenty of space for luggage, large and well-equipped shower, large and very comfortable beds. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. The team assisted in going on a tour of the tea fields, booking a shuttle to Cat Ba and the rest of our stay. Perfect value for the price.
