Positive: The property is new, very clean, and well maintained. The facilities are modern and of high quality, making the stay comfortable overall.

Negative: The room does not have openable windows, so there is limited fresh air. In addition, the breakfast menu does not change much from day to day.

Summary: The stay is fine for one short night, but for a longer stay it feels less comfortable
