Summary: The air conditioning never quite caught up to overcoming the humidity. The greeting at check was excellent. The accommodations were spacious.

Summary: My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating with every request. June, the manager, helped us find a room accessible for my husband who has difficulty walking, helped with questions about the treadmill, and provided a cold place for my husband’s medicine. Teaka offered advice about places we should see in Houma. We felt quite welcomed at the Wyngate.

Summary: Definitely can hear your neighbor through the bathroom wall. But outside of that it was a good clean hotel. No pool exist by the way.

Summary: The room was nice and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was the average breakfast most places off today. The issues I had were the bathroom. The water pressure was horrible and nothing drained well. I was showering in a bathtub full of dirty water because it wouldn’t drain while in the shower. The sink was half full by the time you finished brushing your teeth so you have to rinse the sink out 2-3 times since it would fill up everyone I tried to rinse out.

Summary: I'll start with the good - check in staff were very friendly. The rest is not so good. Best description of my room was shabby - it needs some maintenance and upkeep. Rust on some of the metal surfaces, bathroom light bulbs did not match, stain on the carpet. I couldn't adjust the volume to the TV from the remote, probably the batteries needed changed but I arrived late and checked out early so didn't mess with it. Largest issue was some sort of water leak which made the carpeting damp and wet to the point that it left wet foot marks on the bathroom tile floor. I wondered why the room felt so humid and didn't realize the very wet carpet until in the morning. I did report that to front desk at checkout which the employee made a note to contact maintenance. The mattress was lumpy but hard at the same time, definitely needs to be replaced and upgraded. Overall room was just shabby and dingy. I was disappointed with the quality considering this is a Wyndham property. I didn't stay for breakfast as I just wanted to leave so I can't speak about that experience.

Summary: Was super great I loved that they had the brand Dove as the complimentary products they offered. The only thing that I would say was not great was the room I was in a believe the AC was broken cause it would no blow air and I woke up in the middle of the night needing to shower again because it got hot but other than that would recommend
