Positive: Staff super amazing lobby and eating area friendly and pleasant

Negative: beds were clean but overall room was not as clean as expected stains on carpet and water pressure was not high, water hot but did not flow saw two bugs

Positive: Staff worked well in figuring out the problem.

Negative: When I arrived, I was told by one staff person that they couldn't find my reservation and that the room that I reserved online through booking.com was given away. I was then told that they couldn't find the virtual card sent by booking.com and I was told that I would have to pay for the room twice. The first person didn't seem willing to solve the problem (which was not my fault) at all. The second staff person came in from lunch and found the virtual card, etc. and myself and my son was in our room in no time.

Summary: Check-in was a nightmare. Check-out was seamless. The breakfast was great!

Positive: The room was very clean and had everything we needed to accommodate our needs.

Negative: The room temperature was hot (79 degrees) when we arrived. The AC never cooled the room down to the set temp of 70, not even when we dropped it to the lowest, 60 degrees. The room finally got to 74 when we were about to leave. Someone needs to check the AC unit. We use our personal room fan to accommodate the temperature.

Positive: Clean new furniture in rooms, great breakfast

Negative: Set reservation for a double bed queen room for 3 people but got 1 queen bed room had to go get room changed then new room air conditioner didn’t cool room and body wash dispenser was completely empty.

Summary: Didn’t enjoy stay but it is what it is

Negative: The bed was clean but I don’t even know if the floor was vacuumed because there was a penny lying on the ground by the door. There were people yelling up and down the halls at night with doors slamming. At 6:30ish am, there was a group of people outside playing loud music. I didn’t feel safe but it is Hattiesburg so. I didn’t get a chance to even have breakfast because I was ready to get out of there before something went wrong.

Summary: Bed was clean. People yelling and slamming doors all hours of the night. Loud music playing @6:30am.
