Summary: You were not able to close the thick curtains on the window and the parking lot light shined directly in our room making it hard to sleep

Summary: Everything was great with our stay except the 8am text asking me when “ I thought I would be checking out?” We travel quite often and I have never been asked that from a hotel. In this case checkout was at 11am which is fairly typical of most hotels. We didn’t even make downstairs for breakfast and you’re asking when I’m leaving? Very strange! It gave us the sense that our stay was being rushed. This practice definitely needs to be changed.

Summary: The hotel needs some TLC in the rooms. The chair had a big rip in ot the floors were sticking and the curtains had either blood on them or chocolate. I hope it was chocolate. We did not stay there the following night.
