Summary: We stayed one night. It is showing its age. Liked the linoleum floors. Quick breakfast was good. Good location.

Summary: We started calling it the Wyndump. Sorely in need of a lot of maintenance. Room HVAC and bathroom fan were incredibly loud.

Summary: Property has been neglected and needs to be better maintained. Trash, overgrown weeds, broken glass and animal waste observed throughout the parking lot. Wall coverings peeling in parts of the corridors. Case goods in rooms were old, scuffed up and some pieces didn’t work well together (such as oversized desk chair which doesn’t fit under the desk). Our room door had a visible gap from floor to ceiling resulting in excessive noise from the corridor. Housekeeping attempted entry several times times hours before scheduled checkout and barged inside once without even knocking. Free breakfast lacks a number of typical basic condiments (like different coffee sweeteners other than white sugar). On the plus side check-in was smooth and friendly—and we were allowed to check in a little early.

Summary: On arrival I noticed the property was dirty and a little run down. On arrival into my room, there were multiple issues. The tub faucet was running and wouldn't stop, the shower curtain was tied to the bar due to missing rings, towels in the bathroom were dirty, paint was peeling from walls exposing mold in bathroom and peeling from room walls. Power strip for Kuerig and TV was exposed and dangling over the side of the dresser. Floor was visably not vacummed or cleaned. I returned to the front desk and requested a room change. I was advised there were no other rooms however, I was accomodated once I starting showing the desk clerk the photos I had taken. The second room was better. Clean towels, same shower curtain issue but no peeling paint. I opted to stay the (2) nights I scheduled however, left for another hotel for the rest of my stay in Eagle. I did not sleep well due to matress comfort and just the overall feeling of 'ick' in the room. I wore my socks the whole time to not walk on the floors and threw those socks away at the end of my stay. The breakfast offered was microwaved egg patties that were like rubber and pancakes. Coffee machine was not working the first morning however, I was provided coffe pods. I returned to my room to make coffee however, the Kerig was dirty so I opted to eat out instead. I'm not normally a complainer however, I really think if there was some attention to detail, this could be a nice property. Until then, I will not be returning.

Summary: For the price we paid to stay this was super disappointing place. Mold on the ceiling, dirty room, dirty towels had stains and makeup from someone else. Everything is run down and need an overhaul. The free breakfast was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have a family. They gave our room to someone else and another family walked into our room at 2am. Needless to say I would not stay here again.

Summary: Floor was not swept/vacuumed. Lots of grit and hair on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom. Sheets in poor condition and very scratchy. Mold above shower, bathroom ceiling dirty, bathroom door trim rusted and dripping. Kurig very dirty with coffee grounds, everything was dusty. Hotel hallway walls gouged and in poor repair. Elevator flooring broken and floor very dirty.
