Summary: Housekeeping is upon request, but the Continental breakfast was good, staff were kind, room was clean but the bed could have been more comfortable. This was our second time staying here and it was nice returning to a familiar place. Right down the road from Medieval Times and 10min away from Woodfield Mall.

Summary: The hotel and room were nice, but the cleaning was not up to par. There were sticky stains on the desk, splatters of something on the walls in the living area and the bathroom, chips/crumbs on the hide-a-bed. If it was clean it would've been fantastic. I asked for some cleaning products at the front desk and was given a Norwex cloth, which nice for home use, but in a hotel room I'd like things disinfected. There was also a plastic bag over the smoke detector which was odd.
