Positive: Close to the beach, amazing view from roof top. Fabulous breakfast! Complimentary beach towels.

Negative: My room had a connecting door to the next room and I could hear everything that was happening next door. On a few occasions people were noisy at the elevator hall and I could hear it from my room during late hours. The room key was constantly in need of reactivation which was annoying. I’d need to go back to reception to activate it again almost every time I needed to get back into my room. Nevertheless everyone at the hotel was nice.

Positive: The location and the hotel`s facilities was great

Negative: We requested an early check-in in advance, but upon arrival, they claimed it wasn't in their system. After traveling for 24 hours, we reached the hotel at 7 am with a child and nowhere to go. We waited until 3 pm to check in, as instructed, only to find about 50 people trying to check in simultaneously. The hotel lobby was loud and crowded; they could have anticipated some steps to make the process smoother. Moreover, during check-in, they couldn't locate our payment and attempted to charge us again. Our phones were all dead by then, and yet, they delayed our check-in for 45 minutes until they found our payment. It was disrespectful and stressful. I will not return to this hotel.

Positive: The hotel is in a premier location with a sea beach at a distance of 100 meters and the rooms are really good with a window view (not a sea view). The hotel staff are very professional and welcoming for every query and try to help you in every possible way. The cleaning staff is really good and make sure that your room is clean every day. There is a small refrigerator, TV, and central AC in every room. The reception service is good and you can contact them any time for anything. There is a free gym and pool facility in the hotel which makes your stay very comfortable as well as enjoyable

Negative: I am a vegetarian and found fewer food options in the area but if you can research properly during travel planning you can find some good vegetarian options

Positive: The breakfast was amazing, everything was super fresh and delicious. The hotel and room was pristine clean. The room is not spectacular, but functional. The air conditioning worked well although it is a bit noisy. The staff was super helpful. The area around the hotel is safe, with nice restaurants and close to a metro station.

Negative: Noise from air conditioning. The bed was a bit hard
