Summary: This is a fantastic upscale hotel. Great room great amenities. They advertise multilingual staff however we only found one employee who could speak English. But she was really good! Unfortunately for the night of our visit and review the hotel was totally booked for two big events. The dining room was converted to a banquet room and we could only eat dinner in the lobby bar. We checked for other nearby restaurants and the nearest one was almost 10 km away.

Summary: Only polish language ! It's really big problem for english talking. Jacuzzi is not free like in all other hotel... For all service you need, you must be patient and still waiting , waiting, waiting....

Summary: We just needed a good value hotel, with secure parking, wifi and breakfast and easy to get to along the route on our car trip across europe. We were taken aback with the plush surroundings and the quality of the hotel considering we paid around £80 for a triple room! The restaurent / bar was small but food was to an amazing standard, and once again great value, all in a wonderful experience.
