Positive: Expresso machine into the room! Comfort.

Negative: A lot of food — probably too much. I only found what I was looking for for breakfast on the second day! It's more dedicated to local food, with few Western food options. Not acceptable Expresso machine at breakfast

Positive: Location was ideal, the hotel is well equipped and comfortable. The gym and pool were great. My only observations were that breakfast was disappointing and the staff I felt were a bit too formal. I understand that the breakfast was served to the local taste. However, a better range of eggs and breads would be good. The limited cereals were also not of the best quality.

Negative: The background music at breakfast drove me mad. It seemed to be playing a single track each day on a loop. Not a full CD or an album, just one track over and over. The staff were fine, just a bit 'wooden'. They barely spoke, and hardly a smile to be seen.

Summary: A comfortable stay, a well appointed hotel, but just lacked 'warmth' and little 'friendly touches'.

Positive: Everything was wonderful!

Negative: The only thing I would urge Windsor to do is to buy better coffee beans for their automatic coffee machines. The coffee was actually terrible and could be so much better. But thankfully the overall breakfast spread was amazing!
