Summary: Windsong was truly an amazing stay . The rooms were impeccably maintained, and what stood out most were the thoughtful little touches — even towel replacements were done twice a day without us having to request it. The staff was incredibly courteous and welcoming throughout our stay. One of the biggest highlights was the snorkeling right in front of the resort — absolutely breathtaking . The pools were beautifully maintained, and the beachside food & drink service made the whole experience even more relaxing. A perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and paradise.

Summary: We had a fantastic 4 days in the Windsong. The staff is very welcoming, always smiling, and makes you feel at home. The property is well-maintained and beautiful. There are a few pools and restaurants. Breakfast is good, with plenty of options. The beach is the most beautiful one I have ever seen. There is a designated area for the hotel only with chairs and umbrellas. Unfortunately, since the reef is right there, many people from other hotels come and sometimes take the chairs. Many water sports options are included in the price; snorkeling can be paid for separately.

The room was great, the people were wonderful, the place was not overcrowded, the other guests were respectful - adults and children alike. No crazy day drinkers and children out of control. The Management Team does a great job managing the property. Addressed any concerns you have in a super professional manner. We are so thankful that we picked Windsong on the Reef for our stay.
