The kitchen is really well set up and the place has a real beachy vibe. The couches and beds really let the place down, the master bed is ok but the others are awful.The couch and sleep quality is not good,The main bedroom has just a venetian blind that doesnt keep any light out. So much that my husband left early. If you are ok with a relaxed, cleanish beach house then you will love it. I did.

It had a view to the lakes down the street opposite, was clean and were one to have 10 something kids, it had a room all sort up for computer games. The main room, with the view, had a humungous table to live at(eat, board games, family dinners). Useful and secure back garden for dogs. And close to all Paynesville amenities.
