Positive: The place looked very nice, and is a good location, because there is a supermarket next to the place. Metro station is 5 to 8 min of walking.

Negative: The bed squeaks every time you move. Water is leaking from a sink at the bathroom. There is a construction site right in front of a place. You hear them work from 8 am, even on Sunday.

Positive: we lived this hotel for 10 days,it's good transporation place,near metro,but station and supermarket. Only 10-20 minutes arrive to city center by bus or metro. And you can cook in the hotel.

Negative: need more toilet tissue for long living guest,and need to change the broken trash can. Also need to change the mattrass because it's long time use,it's callapsed in the middle.

Positive: I liked the position. Not in the center, but not far away, conveniently located near bus and metro stations. It has a Dia market literally across the street, a Mercadona close by, and a pharmacy in the same building. And two restaurants in the same block. Also is a full apartment at your disposal.

Negative: I would appreciate the toilet with full privacy panels floor to ceiling, and also the shower. But that's my personal preference.

Positive: The host was helpful, sent us tips and description how to open the apartment. Clean, hot water in the bathroom. The sofa in the living room was comfortable - I had to sleep there because the other bed was not comfortable for me. We had breakfast and didn't come back until late. It's a good apartment if you just need a place to stay and don't care about the loud traffic if the window is open. This was my first apartment rent in Madrid so I don't have anything to compare to. The price was cheaper than the places right in.the city center which is not to difficult to find - we took the bus 15 minutes - with the subway the airport is like 40 minutes.

Negative: It is our personal taste, it was uncomfortable for both of us that you can see/ hear when the other is using the toilet. The electronic key was also a little pain but I understand that this is the future and it was easy to use most of the time.

Summary: Great place for a quick visit

Positive: The position of the apartment is very good and literally out of the door (10 meters of distance!) there is a very suitable supermarket! The apartment is very cozy. The owner is always available and ready to satisfy your urgent requests. Yes, from the apartment is possible to listen the constant noise of the cars, however the sleep is good because it is possible to close completely the windows for a deep dark and earwax can solve (like I did) the problem of the traffic noise.

Negative: The apartment should have more plates and some sprays to help to clean the kitchen.

Positive: It has almost every thing for an accommodation; Fridge, closet, Tv, stove, boiler, moka pot(for making coffee). The landlord is very friendly and are able to help with the non functioning Airconditioning .

Negative: I was hoping that the bed linen were more clean than it were as there was some hair on it. It would have been more suitable if the kitchen has dishes to eat from.
