We have a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with 6 beds, sleeping up to 10 people. The house is on 6 acres, and we are 5.5 miles/7 minutes to Windham mountain and Windham Village town. 10 minutes from Prattsville supermarket. 20 minutes to Hunter Mountain. Skiing, hiking, golf, waterfalls, biking, adventure parks, shopping and restaurants are all close by. Home is like new and meticulously clean. All kitchen amenities, wood fireplace, cozy beds, rec room, and all the comforts of home. Full basement has a pool table, darts, foosball, exercise station, and couch seating. Please see specifics outlined through VRBO for detail. Deck in front and rear, with a fire pit on rear deck. Garage is not available with rental. Large washer and dryer in laundry room. Mud room is on ground level for ski/board equipment and coats.

Summary: We had a very lovely stay! Chris was very caring and provided exact instructions around the house before the trip. House was very clean, the furniture was luxurious. We used tv, oven, microwave, toasting oven, dishwasher, washer+dryer, AC without any problems. [Oh, one thing for people who want to watch movies: I am amazed that Chris provided internet connection (there is usually no cell reception, no internet around that area). There was a slight limitation in download capacity, so the rule was not to stream video. We came prepared and downloaded stuff before! Internet is definitely more than good for checking emails, Insta, uploading pics from hikes and even for my work.] The location is amazing: Windham is beautiful town, we saw people out celebrating 4th of July. The nature is simply priceless and I went for a run on the road next to the house and it was beautiful and I even saw some deers. Everyone in our party was super happy with the house+location. I am definitely recommending and I will also book Chris' house for our future stays!

Summary: Thanks Chris for sharing your home! Everything you need is right here in this home away from home. We were all very comfortable. We love to cook and his well stocked kitchen made it a pleasure, all we needed was right. Beds are super comfy, The boys enjoyed the game room downstairs. Chris checked on us to be sure we understood how everything worked and made sure we knew he was available for any questions. We want to come back next ski season, and my grandson wants to come back in the summer too to hang out. A very fun place for alll

Summary: This property was great! The house was clean, kitchen was fully stocked, and the location was perfect for us. The house has plenty of space and the kids loved the game room downstairs. Chris was very responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely be staying here in the future!

Summary: The house was perfect for my family and friends! The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make dinner or enjoy take-out. Living room was comfortable for everyone to enjoy watching TV and a fun game room downstairs. The house is perfect to serve as a ski base for Windham or Hunter with mudroom setup and easy drive to both mountains. The WiFi signal is weak and cell service for some carriers is extremely limited. But it was nice to unplug and enjoy the surroundings. The owners were wonderful at keeping in touch and making sure we were all settled and enjoying the stay. We will definitely be back!

Summary: The house was spectacular: great kitchen, wonderful living room, and fun game room downstairs. We didn't use the deck much but it also looked great for warmer weather. The house is well equipped to serve as a ski base for Windham or Hunter given its well setup mud room and easy driveway access. We'll be back!
