Positive: I liked the location & facilities inside the room were good.
Negative: There were no staff, no reception, you should atleast have one staff 24*7 if there is a booking. The food quality of the restaurant is not good.

Positive: Excellent aesthetic and very well done view from the room..
Negative: The staff is not very efficient or courteous. We were given the wrong code for the entry and worse still, next day upon checking out, were messaged about the caretaker complaining about some stains on the bedsheet (mud from the outdoor location that this place is in). Whole instructions said we can use the extra bedsheet, we were asked about using that as well. We left the room in what we thought was sparkling clean kitchen only to get the messages from the host without much explanation. Upon asking, they just didn’t respond.
Summary: Great view but staff issues. Not value for money.

Positive: The property was just as described. The location was precise. This made getting there a breeze. The amenities provided are perfect and the basic ingredients to allow some cooking were a bonus. Everything was working. The hidden view of the lake, the sit out on the balcony, and the immediate assistance of Amruta and Ruta made everything fall in place perfectly.
Negative: The path closer to the coon, should be easier to walk on. The pathway down to the lake should be made, as navigating the loose mud and stones can get tricky. As there is no landing near the lake and the water directly, a small floating pier anchored to the tree would give access to the beautful vista, and allow guests to enjoy the lake. A couple of life jackets for those who cannot swim would enhance the lake experience.

Positive: 1. The location was excellent if you want to get away from city hustle and just be with nature. No disturbance at all as the cabin is lower to the road side and you have a breathtaking river and forest kind of view. Even though there are two cabins we never felt any disturbance as its situated in a distance. Even with all this it was very safe with all the security cameras around and you can lock the main gate to your cabin as both have separate ways so no one can enter the premises. 2. The facilities in the room are so thoughtful that every minute thing is taken care of. You dont need to worry about anything if you are planning to stay here. Loved the way everything was so throughly accomodated. 3. If you are planning to stay there plan for a barbeque or take something so you can play during your stay. Staying here itself is a get away so plan to stay in a room and enjoy the view and relax 4. You might find a cute dog which is very friendly. So you dont need to worry about security too. We were two girls who stayed and never bothered about security for a second after we checkedout the location 5. Food is something you need to plan on ordering prior so its right on time. Found that tasty but kind of costly see if you can find any other location atleast during noon and night you can rely on them since they deliver to the door and at the time you want 6. Signal might be issue. For us Jio worked perfectly fine but we utilised this time to stay disconnected and took only important calls 7. You can trek down to the river for few meters and enjoy the beautiful view from a close proximity. I would plan a trip again if I can just to stay there and enjoy. If you are thinking of booking this place gohead and have fun
