Positive: The staff at Win Village Sasebo was so incredibly kind and helpful! It was super easy to communicate with them—they really listened to every single request we had with a genuine willingness to assist, which made our whole experience feel effortless. A huge highlight was definitely the private onsen and BBQ facilities, which were set up perfectly just for us. The onsen session was so peaceful and beautifully prepared, offering a truly private escape. The BBQ area was also meticulously set up, making it a comfy and relaxing spot. We’d absolutely recommend this place! The staff’s unwavering support really made our visit unforgettable.

Positive: The room was spacious and noise proof. The carpark was free. It was very private. I liked the TV and the supply of tea and coffee, and the microwave. It's near a convinience store and a lot of attractions.

Negative: The toilet was smelly. You also cannot drink the water from the tap in the room - you have to bring your own.

Summary: Comfortable and private. Close to attractions.

Positive: The property is set up as an actual village. It was very quaint, with separate homes for each of the room. Inside it was very spacious with many amenities. It was a great little get away outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Summary: Win Village is a beautiful escape into Japans natural scenery.
