Positive: The apartment was spacious and clean, and beautifully decorated. I was surprised how incredibly quiet it was, given its location. You could really be alone with your thoughts. It came with a semi-equipped kitchen, definitely enough for a few-day-long stay. I just really felt calm and comfortable there, and it was a great experience. The location is also great. It's not far from the Poznań Trade Center, about 15 minutes on foot if you cut through the Wilson park. It takes about 30 minutes on foot to reach the Poznań Main Railway Station and the Avenida shopping mall. There is a Żabka store right next to the apartment door, two Biedronka supermarkets not too far away, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. There's also access to bus and tram stops nearby. I came for a conference at the Trade Center, so I mostly just walked.

Negative: It's a bit hard to find the place, the building has multiple staircases and the instructions they send you don't tell you that you need to cross the inner courtyard to get to the correct staircase. Be advised that there is no elevator and the property is on the second floor (not necessarily a drawback for me, personally). You can also hear people walking and talking on the stairs outside the apartment, but it happened rarely, so it didn't bother me much.
