Negative: I didn't actually get to stay at this apartment. I booked it on the same day I was meant to check in. When looking for the apartment, I couldn't find it. The instructions to find it wasn't very clear and there are no signs for the place. I ended up walking to another place/hotel with a similar name as I thought maybe it was that place. A local living next to that hotel helped me ring the owner of this apartment. Upon speaking to the owner, she told me that the apartment was actually under renovation. But she offered me another apartment she had for a similar price to this, however it was further out from Old Quarter so I didn't take it. I don't know the logistics of this website/app. But if a property is unavailable, I don't think it should be bookable. I think the directions should also be clearer as even the locals I asked for help couldn't work out where it was.

Positive: We were asked to go to a different apartment on the day of the booking. The contact person said there was some water issue that needed repair and so she asked us to go to another apartment that she had booked for us. The apartment was really nice with all facilities.
