Positive: As we were cycling, it was ideally located close to the FOD cycling centre. The added facility of a bike shed with power for charging the wife’s e bike was an added bonus. It was very cosy inside some nice touches like logs and well kept.. the host communication was excellent.

Negative: Nothing to say we didn’t like it but, if being picky, Our bed was quite firm (should have tried the other room!) and sometimes the traffic noise was noticeable.

Positive: Brilliant location for biking and more generally central within the forest. Good sized property and really well appointed.

Negative: Everything was great. Bottom bunk bed didn’t have much head room which meant are youngest wasn’t wild about sleeping there, but that was it.

Positive: The property was furnished to a high standard. It was immaculate and definitely more than adequately provided with all essential equipment. Nice garden . Great location. Very clean. And some nice touches! So many places to visit .

Negative: Remaining windows need upgrading to upvc, smallest double room had no middle handle to assist with closing window. The 2 mtb’s didn’t fit in rack. Decking next to back door entrance needs replacing.
