World class trout fishing and duck hunting. Not to mention winter snowmobiling! 30 miles from Crater Lake and Kalamath Falls. Only 2 miles from the Chiloquin Kla Mo Ya casino.

Summary: The inside of this property was very clean. It is outdated, but everything was in good shape and served our purpose. The outside however, was in really bad shape. It obviously had not been taken care if in quite some time. The lawn needs mowing, bathtub flower garden needs weeding, deck needs cleaning, roof needs cleaning, sweep the entryway...basically general maintenance/cleaning. We didnt use the outside at all. If we had planned to, we would've been very disappointed. We saw lots of fish jumping in the river in front of the house! We heard it has good fishing. The view of Mt McLoughlin was spectacular! We enjoyed looking at it in the evening!!! It would be great to sit and drink a cup of coffee in the morning (we didn't have time to while we were there). We would stay here again.
