Positive: Very close to town. Big room was very comfortable and clean. The host, Gina was warm and friendly and made us very welcomed. Appreciated the thoughtful extras(wine, chocolate and crackers) on our arrival!
Negative: The bed was on the hard side. There was noise from people walking above us and also noise from running water and flushing toilet that was easily heard.
Summary: A comfortable stay that suited our needs.

Positive: We loved Williams Lodge, it was very comfortable and lovely. We really liked the bathroom.
Negative: We didn't like the aircon, it was noisy and the vent was broken.

Positive: We couldn't find a place first, and Jina came out waited for us. She was very kind and welcoming us. We stayed birdwing self-contained lodge which was just a minute drive from William Lodge. It was very clean, we enjoyed the big bath, both bedrooms had good-sized beds. The kitchen has gas cook top, and a washing machine and dryer. The lodge had everything we needed. The Champagne was nice, outside area was nice. We went for a walk to the river and tried to find Platypus every morning and went to drive to Lake eacham for a swim every day. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you 😊
Negative: Fruits bads were bit noisy at night, so we closed all windows and turned the air con on then it was OK.

Positive: Williams Lodge is a lovely heritage type house. We received a warm welcome and our room was clean and tidy. It opened up on to the lawn where we could sit and have a drink or breakfast. It is located a short walk into the village and to Petersons Creek. We walked to the latter v early on two mornings and watched the platypus'. There were plenty of bats as well but we didn't see any tree kangaroos!
Negative: It would have been good to have a cook top and more utensils for preparing up our own food but this is not a major issue for us
