Big Horn BNB is a spacious (615 square feet) clean, air-conditioned, one bedroom suite, with a king-sized bed, private entrance downstairs from private parking, storage for your bicycles or skis, and an EV charger for your electric car! It comfortably sleeps two. Fully furnished including a sofa-bed, fireplace, high speed wifi and two TVs. The suite also has a quaint kitchenette (no stove) that comes with a washer/dryer, in-sink dishwasher, mini fridge, microwave, and some continental goodies. Swim in the heated salt pool (open mid May to October ) or enjoy a BBQ with side burner, on your private patio space.

Summary: We just returned from a very relaxing, quiet and restorative few days at Nicki’s B&B. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, spacious and we felt immediately “at home” in this welcoming location. The pool was amazing as were the views. A total bonus was our encounter with the Big Horn sheep on our first day; so exciting. Will definitely revisit this destination - highly recommend!

Summary: We recently stayed at this beautiful B&B and truly enjoyed our time there. The suite was lovely—tastefully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. The peaceful setting made for a perfect, relaxing stay. Paul and Nicki were gracious and thoughtful hosts, and we appreciated their warm hospitality.There are a couple of things future guests may want to be aware of. Accessing the suite does involve stairs—about 15 on one side, and at least 10 plus a walk over uneven flagstone and rocks on the other. The listing mentioned “a few stairs,” but for anyone with mobility challenges, it could be difficult. Paul kindly added a railing on the main stairway to make things easier for me, which was very much appreciated. It helped, but the stairs were still a bit of a challenge.Also, while the suite is described as having a kitchenette, it’s really just a microwave and a mini-fridge. There’s no stove or oven inside, though there is a BBQ with a side burner on the patio, which gives you a few more options for light cooking.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt very well cared for. If accessibility or cooking facilities are important to you, it’s worth reaching out to Paul and Nicki with any questions ahead of time—they’re very helpful. Otherwise, this is a charming and peaceful retreat, and we’d happily return.

Summary: We were welcomed with some goodies and a beautiful patio space to lounge in the warm sunshine! The suite was cleaned and stocked with essentials and extras. Very quiet and located between Penticton and the town of Okanagan Falls. We hiked the Skaha bluffs and enjoyed the local wineries!

Summary: Nicki & Paul's property is simply beautiful, restful, and peaceful and we enjoyed it immensely. The location up the side of the mountain above Skaha Lake was beautiful, and I enjoyed taking many pictures. The quietness was just what my wife and I needed as a break from life in the city down on the coast. Everything needed is provided in the very well laid-out BnB, and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Next time we'll try to come back later in the season when the pool is open. You really have to see this place to believe it. Happy to give it the highest rating possible and hope to return soon! Darcy V.

Summary: My daughter and I had such a lovely stay at this beautiful VRBO! We only wished we could have stayed longer! From the moment we arrived, our hosts went above and beyond—meeting us outside in the dark and personally escorting us to the door to ensure we got in with ease. Their communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly thoughtful throughout our stay.The suite itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-appointed. We were greeted with a gracious welcome: a bottle of wine, snacks, juice, some breakfast essentials, and the most delightful tarts! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we truly felt right at home.The view was absolutely stunning, and the backyard is just as impressive—with a gorgeous pool that we can’t wait to enjoy during a future summer visit. This place is a true gem, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!Thanks so much for all you did to enhance our stay!
