Location, location, location! Embrace nature on this 15 acre, chic, countryside retreat located less than 1/2 mile from Leiper's Fork Village shops and restaurants! This is the only property in the village with this much land!
Take in the peaceful countryside views, listen to the frogs call around the pond, watch for deer and turkey that frequent the property, roast marshmallows over the fire pit while gazing at the star filled sky - this is the perfect place to relax and refresh with your friends and family!
With two living room spaces plus a playroom and formal dining room, there is plenty room for everyone to be together or have a little space to themselves. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you would need to cook a great meal. Wildflower Farm is equipped with directv and wifi and even has a mural on the barn ideal for photos!
Perfect for artists, musicians and those looking for a peaceful getaway! With nature at your doorstep, a pond on the property and village shops and restaurants around the corner, you get the best of both worlds and can't go wrong! Please note, the entire house has central heat and air. Because heat rises and the upstairs was staying warmer than downstairs, we did install upstairs units to ensure that our guests were comfortable. In addition to the four beds, there is a single pull out sofa in the playroom (which does have a door to open and close) as well as a pull out sofa in the front living room. There are televisions located in the front living room, family room, playroom and master bedroom.

Summary: Our family of 5 spent Thanksgiving at Wildflower Farm. We have 3 adult sons and there was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packer game in the sunroom, and the kitchen worked well for cooking meals. The house was very clean and the beds were comfy. The only negative is the house is on a very busy road and is not very walkable. Leipers Fork is a beautiful area and we have a wonderful time!

Summary: Some fellow outdoor painters and I rented this cute little cottage for a week long painting bonanza. The house was VERY well equipped and very close to Leiper’s Fork. We enjoyed it so much we will rent it again when we make our return in 2 years!
